This  course  is necessary  for  the  DALSM  certification.  It  is  only  through  an  Authorized  Training  Provider  (ATP)  that  an  aspirant  can  get  the  exam  voucher  for  certification.

This workshop has 3 flavours – 2 day workshop, 3-day workshop and 4-day workshop.

The DALSM certification exam tests knowledge of the aspirant in the following areas:

  1. Foundations of Agile
  2. Foundations of Lean
  3. Foundations of Disciplined Agile
  4. Choosing your WoW

The syllabus for the above topics is covered in 4 days:

1 day for the foundations of agile
1 day for the foundations of lean and
2 days for the DALSM core that covers foundations of disciplined agile and choosing your WoW.

While the exam covers content of all 4 days, attending a formal, instructor-led training is optional for the first two days. That is, it is optional to attend a training on foundations of agile and foundations of lean. If the candidate is confident of answering questions from these two modules through self study or is already familiar with the topics, then one can skip these two days.
