What are the pre-requisites?

- The program provides a case study to be done by the aspirants as a home work; gives real, end-to-end project feel
- The program provides a study plan for the aspirants to study specific portions of PMBoK. The whole PMP preparation is divided into small achievable targets
- The program provides many preparation tips so that the aspirants spend less than ½ the time in preparations if they were to prepare on their own.
How it works?
- The program is divided into three stages and into weekly targets
- The aspirants boldly registers for the exam either before the workshop or on day 2 of the program, prepares consistently in a guided manner and then takes the exam at the end of the workshop
- The program divides the content into different aspects to master – process flows, tools and techniques, definitions and formulae, tidbits, tricky parts. This helps in revising the PMBoK with specific focus, which will be more effective and consumes very less time.
- The program provides many preparation aids such as mind maps, revision summary notes to again create sharp focus to cut down preparation time.
- The following diagram explains the stages and week-wise split of the preparation part (The diagrams will be sent separately).

b. The aspirant should score a minimum of 75% in preparatory exam.
